I just wanted to send out a quick reminder about  the golf tournament coming up on Oct 25. First, if you are hearing about this for the first time and I didn’t have you on the original mailing, sorry for my mistake. Second, the forms for the event are attached.  If anyone you know would be interested in playing in or sponsoring the event, please pass this on to them.

The tournament is being put on by Samaritans Way Nursing (Judy and Chris Pangborn) and the benefit is for Patrick Durkin. He is a spinal cord injury survivor. He received his injury in Ocean City, MD over a year ago. Follow the link below to read more about him.
