Our Vision: To help ordinary men be transformed into mighty warriors for King Jesus.
Who is an ordinary man? You. Me. We are all unfinished men.
What does a mighty warrior look like?

A man stepping into the call of the present father, engaged husband, beloved son, and genuine friend.

A man who desires to be real rather than impressive.

A man who loves sacrificially because he knows his Father and believes his Father radically loves him.

A man who is glad to be called irresponsibly optimistic.

A man who has consumed the living water, and wants to water the world with it.
The Cost of Transformation:

The Basics

We are a men’s ministry and non-profit organization based in Frederick, Maryland with a presence in 8 states and 10 countries.

Waterboyz for Jesus was founded in 2005 and has been a beacon of hope for men and the larger community for over 20 years.

We partner with and across churches to serve our communities and walk alongside any man, enabling him to better serve his family, community, and church.

We have been so radically loved by Jesus that we can’t help but take action and do the same for others.

We are determined to unite under the banner of Jesus and advance the Kingdom despite division in our world.

We look for partnerships with other Kingdom-minded people, families, ministries, churches, non-profits, and local businesses.

Our History and impact
Transforming Men, Changing Trajectories
Our Founding Story
Waterboyz was born in 2005 when our founding member, Paul Foss, had a vision of God radically transforming ordinary men into warriors for their families, communities and churches.
The First Table
At the inaugural Waterboyz table, a group of men began throwing their “scraps” –anything they could give financially– into a fund each week and asked God to use it in an extraordinary way.
The Moment Everything Changed
Through an unexpected connection, those first “scraps” were later used to fund a pipe system that would bring water from a well in South Africa to a nearby local village. That was the moment that the founding members of Waterboyz knew that the ministry was meant to fulfill the call of John 4 – to bring drinks of Living Water to those around us.
More Than a Ministry
To this day, Waterboyz is unique in that the ministry is not just about strengthening the hundreds of men who attend our Tables every week. It is about how God will use those men, and their scraps, to do something unexpected and extraordinary to impact the world for the better.
Our Impact & Growth
What started as a small group of men is now a ministry that not only transforms the lives of men, but changes the trajectory of countless families and cultivates a culture of serving within our communities. We were founded in Frederick, MD but have a global impact.
